WordPress Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement attractive and functional websites using WordPress.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs.
• Ensure the responsiveness and optimal performance of websites across various devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress and website functionality.
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers to implement visual elements into WordPress themes.
• Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and fix bugs, as well as improve overall user experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, including content updates and security enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
• Experience with custom theme development and plugin customization.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
