UI/UX Designer(Figma)

Job Description: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct user research, and translate findings into intuitive and engaging design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products, including websites, web applications, and mobile apps
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, business goals, and technological constraints
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline.
