As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements.
Strategic Tasks:
- Develop a future vision for the product, outlining product enhancements, and creating a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Operational Tasks:
- Oversee day-to-day deliverables to meet project requirements.
Experience and Academics Criteria:
- Possess 15+ years of experience in the IT sector, with a minimum of 10 years in the healthcare industry, preferably in US healthcare.
- Demonstrate 5-8 years of experience working with leading US Healthcare Insurance providers.
- Proven experience in managing client-facing or client-serving situations.
- In-depth knowledge of US Healthcare Claims Data and Healthcare products, with the ability to translate complex data into readable user-friendly formats.
- Preference for Certification in SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe 5 Scrum.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data reports.
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA and ASANA for tracking team progress and creating dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based infrastructure.
- A Master’s degree in business or engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile team and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, offering leadership and guidance to teams on responsible product level initiatives, ensuring overall goals/objectives are achieved.
- Translate and discuss requirements with various stakeholders, tailoring communication to specific individuals based on their knowledge level.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog, creating features, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria for the team to deliver maximum value aligned with the product strategy.
- Play an active role in mitigating impediments that impact successful team completion of Sprint Goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to create and maintain a backlog according to business value.
- Ability to work as a Scrum master when needed, managing Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written English communication skills, including the ability to clearly and openly communicate status, issues/risks, and challenges to the project. Create clear and concise presentations.
