Our company operates a network of websites and magazines and we are seeking talented Tech Content Writers to join our team at Tech Central. We need someone with in-depth knowledge of computers, Operating Systems, PC Hardware and writes high quality, well researched and compelling content for our tech sites.

As a tech writer, you are expected to write tips, tricks, guides, fixes, and solutions related to sub-topics under hardware, OS, and software that you are most proficient with.

So, if you are not just a writer but also a tech enthusiast who is always on top of the latest tech trends, pc hardware releases, gaming, then we are looking for you.

Responsibilities

• Research, brainstorm, and create original tech-related content, including fixes articles, trips and tricks blogs and how to guides.
• Conduct hands-on testing of hardware and software to gain first-hand experience and insights for writing accurate and detailed content.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling content that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adhere to content guidelines, style guides, and brand voice to maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy.
• Utilize various graphics editing tools to enhance the screenshots, photographs, and other visuals and use those to visually enhance the contents.
• Stay current with Technological News and trends

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Tech Content Writer or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of technology trends, gadgets, software, and emerging tech fields.
• Willingness to try and test hardware/software to gain first-hand experience and insights.
• Ability to break down complex topics into easily understandable content.
• Experience with graphics editing tools and ability to enhance visuals and incorporate relevant graphics and multimedia elements into content.
• A portfolio of published articles or writing samples demonstrating your tech writing skills would be highly advantageous.
