As the Team Leader – Brand Promoter, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, promoting MI Mobile Phones, and ensuring the success of our dedicated team in achieving sales targets. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in the growth and visibility of our mobile phone product line.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Brand Promoters.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members, enabling them to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and achievement.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of MI Mobile Phones and their features.
  • Ensure team members are well-versed in product knowledge to effectively promote MI Mobile Phones and address customer inquiries.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Strategize and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase MI Mobile Phones’ visibility and brand awareness.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed set goals.

Sales and Targets:

  • Set clear and attainable sales targets for the team, aligning with company objectives.
  • Motivate and empower team members to consistently meet or exceed sales objectives through effective leadership and coaching.

Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on team performance, campaign effectiveness, and sales results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights for continuous growth.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally in brand promotion or mobile phone sales.
  • Strong knowledge of MI Mobile Phones or similar products is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment and engage with customers effectively.
