We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist/HR Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the organization’s workforce is engaged, productive, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
    • Conduct background checks and reference verifications for potential hires.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
    • Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Address disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
    • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and conduct follow-up reviews.
    • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  4. HR Compliance:
    • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  5. Benefits and Compensation:
    • Administer employee benefits programs and explain benefits to employees.
    • Assist in compensation planning and salary benchmarking exercises.
    • Coordinate open enrollment and other benefits-related activities.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate training initiatives and professional development programs.
    • Identify and address skill gaps through targeted learning opportunities.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
  7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Prepare HR-related reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
    • Monitor key HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
