Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to systems, networks, and applications.
Investigate root causes of system failures and implement corrective actions.
Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.
Ensure systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor system resource utilization and plan for future capacity needs.
Scale systems to accommodate growth and changing requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, network administrators, and other IT professionals.
Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
