About the job


  • Develop and maintain the company’s Management Information Systems (MIS) infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their information needs and design MIS solutions accordingly.
  • Design, implement, and manage databases, data warehouses, and reporting systems to support data analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across the MIS infrastructure.
  • Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and other MIS outputs to provide relevant insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide recommendations for improving business performance.
  • Automate reporting processes and implement data visualization tools for enhanced data accessibility and usability.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality standards, including data cleansing, validation, and governance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate MIS systems with other business applications and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of MIS tools and systems.
  • Continuously evaluate existing MIS processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Stay updated on emerging MIS technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend their implementation when appropriate.
    Other Specification


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
    • Proven experience in MIS development, reporting, and data analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry.
    • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and MS Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data security best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
