Position Overview:

As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a vital role in managing various human resources functions within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures to support the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Conduct onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and fair manner.
    • Foster positive employee relations by promoting a healthy work environment and addressing employee concerns.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assist in developing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and support employee development initiatives.
  4. HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
    • Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to HR policies, and handle any policy violations or disciplinary actions as necessary.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Collaborate with the HR team to administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
    • Assist in benchmarking salary ranges and conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of employee training programs.
    • Support the implementation of employee development initiatives to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  7. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
