Sr. Education Counselor UK/USA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Education Counselor to join our team and guide students on their journey to pursue higher education opportunities in the UK and USA. As a Sr. Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths, ensuring their success and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Educational Guidance: Provide personalized counseling to students, parents, and guardians on various study options, universities, and academic programs available in the UK and USA. Assess students’ interests, strengths, and aspirations to match them with suitable educational pathways.
2. Admission Assistance: Assist students throughout the application process for universities, including advising on application requirements, essay writing, recommendation letters, and interviews, to maximize their chances of acceptance.
3. Scholarships and Financial Aid: Stay updated with the latest scholarship opportunities, grants, and financial aid options to help students secure financial support for their overseas education.
4. University Selection: Evaluate and recommend reputable universities and colleges based on students’ preferences, academic background, and career goals. Provide insights into the institutions’ strengths, facilities, and alumni networks.
5. Visa and Documentation Support: Guide students through visa applications and other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with UK/USA immigration regulations.
6. Educational Fairs and Events: Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, and events to showcase our services and establish fruitful partnerships with educational institutions.
7. Student Outreach and Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational agencies, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the organization’s visibility and student outreach efforts.
8. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using CRM systems or other designated tools.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with changes in education policies, visa regulations, and international education trends to provide up-to-date advice to students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an Education Counselor, preferably in guiding students for UK and USA universities.
• Strong knowledge of the UK and USA higher education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
