Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Manager at Azency, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with national and international clients to create and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve:
- Creative Ideation and Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Social Media Team to conceive, design, and implement effective marketing ideas and campaigns. Understand client pain points and use cases to create strategies that align with their goals.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Ensure high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Share best practices, teach, and mentor other team members to enhance their skills and understanding of digital marketing concepts. Effective communication and the ability to explain abstract concepts will be crucial.
- Campaign Documentation: Work with the CMO to document and communicate the entire campaign strategies, ideas, and execution plans for clients. Maintain clear records of campaigns for future reference and analysis.
- Performance Tracking and Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns. Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve better results.
- SEO and Analytics: Utilize solid knowledge of SEO principles, conduct keyword research, and leverage Google Analytics to refine content and strategies for better online visibility.
- Paid Advertising: Utilize your expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads to effectively manage paid advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Proficiency in content management and demonstrated hands-on experience in creating engaging content for various platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills to craft compelling and persuasive content.
- Ability to create creative and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos.
- Strong team management skills to effectively lead and mentor fellow team members.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with various online marketing channels and their best practices.
- Knowledge and experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Self-starter with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and work independently.
