Responsibilities:

Edit and curate raw footage into polished videos, maintaining a high standard of quality and seamless transitions.
Employ innovative storytelling techniques to captivate and engage viewers, ensuring each video conveys a compelling narrative.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, translating them into visually stunning videos that meet our creative standards.
Utilize your proficiency in advanced video editing software and tools to elevate visual effects, sound, and overall video excellence.
Rearrange and trim footage for logical sequencing, ensuring a smooth and coherent flow.
Enhance videos with carefully chosen music, sound effects, and voice-overs to maximize emotional impact.
Conduct meticulous quality checks on edited videos, making necessary adjustments and revisions for an impeccable final product.
Remain up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in video editing to consistently enhance production quality.
Mentor and guide junior video editors, offering valuable feedback and support to foster their skill development.
Foster seamless collaboration with other departments, ensuring projects are executed cohesively and delivered on time.Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in non-linear video editing
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in film production, media studies, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Excellent understanding of video editing techniques, encompassing color correction, visual effects, and motion graphics
- Sound knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and compression methods
- Expertise in editing multi-cam projects
- Bonus: Experience with 2D/3D animation and motion graphics
- Familiarity with current internet trends
