Senior UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our products. You’ll be at the forefront of creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that captivate users. From understanding user needs to crafting interactive prototypes, your work will define how our digital assets engage and delight our audience. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user experience design requirements across our suite of digital assets.
• Formulate a holistic UI/UX design strategy that aligns seamlessly with our brand identity.
• Translate your concepts into tangible design solutions, utilizing wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Craft engaging UI elements and tools, including navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, enhancing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our digital platforms.
• Methodically test UI components such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and targeted links on landing pages, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Evaluate software responsiveness and efficiency, conducting necessary troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrades.
• Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teams, including marketing, internal and external designers, to orchestrate tailored digital experiences for users.
• Provide expert guidance on the integration of UX research methodologies and testing activities, facilitating the analysis and prediction of user behavior.
• Uphold typography and graphic design standards consistently to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Mentor and guide fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Continuously monitor and assess customer experience, making valuable contributions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Generate periodic progress reports, presenting updates to the Engineering Manager and Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
• Proven track record with at least 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A comprehensive understanding of full-stack design principles coupled with a flair for creativity and innovative product conceptualization.
• Industry experience in Software Development, with a profound appreciation for the nuances of this sector.
