Senior UI/UX Designer

UI/UX designers play a pivotal role in shaping the design and functionality of a product’s user interface and user experience. Their responsibilities encompass gathering user requirements, crafting wireframes and prototypes, designing the visual aspects of the product, including graphics and navigation elements, and rigorously testing the product to guarantee it offers a user-friendly and intuitive experience. Staying current with design trends and best practices is vital for UI/UX designers, as it enables them to consistently deliver innovative and effective designs that captivate users and enhance their interaction with the product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, internal, and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for digital users.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Mentoring and guiding team members.
• Monitoring and measuring customer experience.
• Managing periodic reporting on progress to the Engineering manager and director.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant field of study.
• A minimum of 4+ years of prior experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Full-stack capabilities with a creative and innovative approach to product design.
• Targeted industry experience in Software Development.
