We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Ticketing Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Ticketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing travel bookings, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on travel-related matters, including flight bookings (Domestic and International), ticket issuance, and hotel reservations worldwide.
- Manage the complete ticketing process, from collecting Passenger Name Records (PNRs) to issuing tickets, re-scheduling flights, processing hotel bookings, and handling cancellations.
- Thoroughly review and verify documents to meet country-specific requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all travel-related documentation.
- Respond to ticketing inquiries promptly, offering airfare quotations, making reservations, and issuing e-Tickets in accordance with industry standards.
- Foster strong working relationships with leisure and corporate clients, airlines, travel agencies, and various service providers to facilitate collaborative and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Strategically plan travel routes and calculate ticket costs to provide clients with well-informed options.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints, proactively resolving issues and identifying opportunities for enhancing the quality of our services.
- Continuously upgrade customer service standards to exceed client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Assess ticket availability based on customer requests and confirm bookings in line with travel plans.
