Position Summary:

As a Sales & Marketing Officer, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and marketing efforts to promote the organization’s products or services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
    • Proactively reach out to prospects, build relationships, and convert leads into customers.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  2. Marketing Strategy:
    • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.

    • Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Monitor sales activities, track progress, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance, market insights, and competitive landscape.
  6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
    • Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and insights with internal teams to enhance product/service offerings.
  7. Continuous Professional Development:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
    • Attend workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance sales and marketing skills.Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a relevant industry.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
