As the Sales & Marketing Manager for our Aluminum Division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales and marketing strategy. You will work closely with our talented team to promote our aluminum products, expand our market share, and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans for the Aluminum Division.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, industries, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve targets and objectives.
