As a Sales Head, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding relationships with new customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and establish long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive sales plan, generating leads, and ensuring customer success. This role involves market analysis, commercial planning, contract negotiations, and international networking to enhance the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, expand, and maintain close relationships with new customers and stakeholders to promote business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan with annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for strategic customers and partners, aligned with the overall sales budget.
- Generate leads from various sources, including digital mediums and social networks, to build a continuous opportunity pipeline for a steady flow of potential customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders and ensure customer success, addressing their needs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand market attractiveness, competitive positioning, customer preferences, and key competitors, utilizing this information to develop a regional strategy aligned with the global direction.
- Develop a commercial plan for both existing clients and new business units, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction and coordination across the team.
- Drive contract negotiations, promote contract signings, and oversee contract implementation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Build and manage a continuous opportunity pipeline, providing regular status reports and weekly updates on sales activities, with necessary escalations when required.
- Attend international events, establish a strong PR network, and identify growth and partnership opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Manage all reporting and workflow related to customer account health and the sales funnel pipeline, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work towards achieving yearly targets as agreed upon with the direct manager, demonstrating a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with profound knowledge of digital marketing activities.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager, or knowledge of Technical IT, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct business and operate at various levels within an organization and in diverse cultural and social settings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Sales position or a similar role, preferably with IT outsourcing sales skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proficient in English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation, organizational planning, and annual budgeting.
- Familiarity with US or European culture and a strong PR network.
