Roles & Respomsibilities:
1) Achievement of targeted sales
- Make Monthly Visit Plans in coordination with RSM
- Record all the visits with next action plan and follow-up feedback
- Ensure proper follow up of customers/Dealers as per requirement
- To visit existing customers/Dealers for relationship build up and additional/referral sales
- Daily update to be given to RSM on daily visit reports and seek help if necessary
2) Dealer Management & Marketing Activities
- To be updated with sales achievement of current dealers
- Communicate dealers Monthly Target as per ABP and motivate them to achieve set target of assigned locations
- Motivate dealers with organizing different programs
- Plan different Marketing activities and campaigns as per ABP
- Execute Planned Activities and provide report to RSM
- Prepare monthly dealer motivation and development plan
3) Competitors Landscape:
- Maintain report on competitors sales, Product, Schemes and share it to RSM
4) Reporting:
- Maintain Daily sales report
- Maintain Daily Visit/Follow up Report (DVR Report)
- Look over DVR Report to RSM and seek guidance wherever required
5) Stock Maintenance:
