We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk, welcoming guests, and providing exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will handle various administrative tasks and ensure a positive and friendly experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  3. Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  4. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing reservations.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  6. Maintain an updated and organized filing system for administrative tasks.
  7. Provide information to visitors and employees regarding company procedures and policies.
  8. Assist in coordinating meetings and conferences.
  9. Collaborate with different departments to support administrative tasks when necessary.
  10. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role or customer service position is advantageous.
  3. Proficiency in using basic office equipment, such as printers and multi-line phone systems.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
