We are seeking a qualified and proactive Real Estate Coordinator to join our team. As a Real Estate Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the selling and buying process of properties and ensure smooth coordination between various parties involved. You will play a crucial role in preparing and managing contracts, maintaining property files, supervising managed properties, and ensuring compliance with prescribed standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for asset management, property listing, field visits, and maintaining a strong network within the scope of work areas.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage contracts throughout the selling and buying process of properties. Ensure all necessary documents are in order and escalate any concerns or compliance issues proactively.
- Property File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenants and property files, including certificates and lease abstracts, adhering to prescribed standards.
- Supervision and Inspection: Conduct regular supervision and inspection of managed properties to ensure they meet the required standards and address any arising issues promptly.
- Application and Documentation: Prepare new contracts and applications as per the specific requirements of each property transaction.
- Networking and Relations: Cultivate and maintain a good network and strong relationships within the scope of work areas, including visits to related work-sites, banks, government offices, metropolitan cities, ward offices, lawyer offices, and others, as needed, within Kathmandu and other cities of Nepal.
- Website Coordination: Collaborate on website redesign and updating projects as required to enhance our online presence and user experience.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports to the Real Estate Manager, ensuring timely and accurate communication of activities and progress.
- Asset Management: Assist in managing real estate assets efficiently and effectively.
- Property Listing: Oversee the listing of properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and appealing representation.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits to properties, clients, and relevant locations to assess conditions and facilitate necessary actions.
Other Specifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in a similar field or real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Self-initiative and proactivity, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all processes.
- Good negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions and collaborations.
- Proficient in project management and time management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
