QA Automation instructor

As a QA Automation Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and training individuals in the field of Quality Assurance Automation. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in QA Automation roles. You will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of QA professionals by providing hands-on training, practical examples, and fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises, to ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA Automation.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and online, to impart knowledge on QA Automation concepts, tools, and methodologies. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
• Create and oversee practical exercises and projects that allow students to apply theoretical concepts in a real-world context. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure a deep understanding of QA Automation principles.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in QA Automation, testing tools, and industry standards. Integrate relevant updates into the curriculum to ensure the training program remains current and valuable.
•  Provide mentorship and support to students, offering insights into the industry, career guidance, and advice on best practices. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students’ comprehension and skill proficiency. Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve and succeed.
• Collaborate with other instructors, industry professionals, and stakeholders to enhance the overall quality of the training program. Participate in curriculum review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

•  Extensive experience in QA Automation, with a deep understanding of testing frameworks, scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium), and industry-standard tools.
• Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in QA Automation, with a track record of successful knowledge transfer and skill development.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
•  Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and preferences. Openness to incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
•  A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in QA Automation.
•  Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  Relevant certifications in QA Automation (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium WebDriver) are a plus.
