We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager for our operations in Jajarkot. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project planning, budget management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster effective communication channels between project teams, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or location.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Understanding of local context and dynamics in Jajarkot is an advantage.
