Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning and execution of projects and sprints related to our healthcare products. The ideal candidate will possess strong task and team management skills, as well as the ability to make informed decisions to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project/Sprint Planning: Develop comprehensive project and sprint plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Activity Planning/Sequencing: Define and sequence project activities to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Time Estimates: Provide accurate time estimates for sprint tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project releases.
• Resource Utilization: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources to maximize output and productivity.
• Ownership of Requirements: Take ownership of project requirements, ensuring their successful execution and delivery.
• Process Adherence: Follow established processes and methodologies to maintain consistency and quality throughout project execution.
• Healthcare Data Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of US healthcare data requirements and how they relate to Cedar Gate Products.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in Nepal and the US, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, Healthcare, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
• Strong task and team management skills.
• Exceptional decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with US healthcare data requirements is a plus.
