Project Manager

The Career Counseling Program Manager will provide strong and effective leadership to the project team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with company objectives in Nepal. Building partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions, and private organizations will be essential for promoting collaborative efforts in program promotion. Additionally, the manager will conduct training programs to equip participants with necessary skills and establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track program impact. Regular reporting to management and stakeholders, as well as staying updated on the latest developments and incorporating innovative approaches, will be part of the responsibilities.

Job Specifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, with relevant certifications in counseling psychology preferred.
• Proven experience in training conduction, leadership roles, and project management.
• Proficient in using digital tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for project campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• 7+ years of experience in the career counseling sector.
