What You’ll Be Doing:
The Production Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of SDS production processes while adhering to our Service Guarantee Policy. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all SDS production to ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy requirements are consistently met.
- Assisting in the development of new applications in alignment with emerging SDS strategies.
- Providing exceptional customer support to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
- Monitoring and managing the movement of claims in and out of SDS processes.
- Regularly communicating with vendors and implementing procedural changes as needed.
- Providing feedback to clients to ensure SDS turnaround time and quality standards are achieved.
- Maintaining security by conducting background checks, managing access controls, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Determining claim volume and safeguarding confidential information.
- Handling additional tasks as required to support the continued success of SDS.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills:
- A deep understanding of all SDS systems with problem-solving skills to enhance SDS applications.
- Business analysis skills, including knowledge of the payer market and the ability to interpret high-level business processes.
- Strong familiarity with SDS workflows and the interrelationships of SDS processes.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, solve problems effectively, and work with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous and respectful communication style.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
- Understanding of SQL with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries.
Requirements:
- A 2 or 4-year technical degree (or equivalent).
- 0-1 year of similar experience.
- Familiarity with technologies listed in the previous section.
