Production Manager

With ambitious growth plans for the next few years, SDS is currently seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Production Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of SDS production processes while adhering to our Service Guarantee Policy. Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing all SDS production to ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy requirements are consistently met.
2. Assisting in the development of new applications in alignment with emerging SDS strategies.
3. Providing exceptional customer support to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
4. Monitoring and managing the movement of claims in and out of SDS processes.
5. Regularly communicating with vendors and implementing procedural changes as needed.
6. Providing feedback to clients to ensure SDS turnaround time and quality standards are achieved.
7. Maintaining security by conducting background checks, managing access controls, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
8. Determining claim volume and safeguarding confidential information.
9. Handling additional tasks as required to support the continued success of SDS.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

1. A deep understanding of all SDS systems with problem-solving skills to enhance SDS applications.
2. Business analysis skills, including knowledge of the payer market and the ability to interpret high-level business processes.
3. Strong familiarity with SDS workflows and the interrelationships of SDS processes.
4. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, solve problems effectively, and work with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
5. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous and respectful communication style.
6. Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
7. Understanding of SQL with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries.

Requirements:

1. A 2 or 4-year technical degree (or equivalent).
2. 0-1 year of similar experience.
3. Familiarity with technologies listed in the previous section.
