Product Designer

Evolve is seeking a Product Designer to play a pivotal role in designing and shaping the future of our product platform. This role involves leading the creation of user experiences for new products and features, paying close attention to every detail of the product’s design. We’re looking for a collaborative and deeply analytical designer who can articulate ideas clearly and appreciates input and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborative Design and Implementation: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Teams, representing the design team in discussions and ensuring high-quality design implementation and user experience.
2. Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with the Leadership team to define features and contribute to the overall direction of our products, playing a key role in the decision-making process.
3. Design Expertise: Develop design flows, prototypes, sketches, and explore the feel of solutions, focusing on detailed interactions in high-fidelity to ensure a seamless user experience.
4. Team Development: Collaborate with technical recruiters to attract and bring in new talent for the Visual and Product Design teams, helping to build a strong design team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in an individual contributor role on a Product Design team for desktop or mobile platforms.
• Design System Proficiency: Experience working across complex design systems that showcase consistency in design language and user experience.
• Portfolio: An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in Interaction and Visual Design.
• Prototyping Skills: Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and communicate design solutions effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Initiative and Customer Focus: Self-starter with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences, stepping into the customer’s role to devise innovative solutions.
