We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer, your primary responsibility will be to capture high-quality images and visual content that align with our organization’s brand and objectives. You will work closely with clients, models, and other team members to produce captivating photographs that tell a compelling story and evoke emotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute photo shoots in various settings, including studios, outdoor locations, and on-site at events.
- Collaborate with clients, art directors, and creative teams to understand the project’s goals and vision.
- Set up and adjust photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and props, to ensure optimal image quality.
- Capture and edit photographs, ensuring proper exposure, composition, and post-processing techniques.
- Direct and pose subjects to achieve the desired aesthetic and convey the intended message through the images.
- Manage post-production tasks, such as selecting the best shots, retouching, and enhancing photographs using editing software.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical photo archives for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new photography techniques to continually enhance your skills.
- Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints while delivering high-quality photography services.
- Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and contribute to the creative process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of photographic styles.
- Proficiency in photography equipment, lighting, and editing software.
- Excellent knowledge of composition, color theory, and image post-processing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing moments and expressions.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Education:
A degree or certification in Photography or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio are equally valuable.
