As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our office. Your tasks will include overseeing administrative support activities, managing office supplies and maintaining the office’s physical space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that stock is maintained and orders are placed on time.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping, are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and monitoring packages.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and copiers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Manage calendars and schedules, making appointments and scheduling meetings as required.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, including handling inquiries and complaints, as well as responding to emails and managing voicemail messages.
- Maintain the office’s physical space, including organizing and cleaning, as well as drafting maintenance requests as needed. 8. Book travel arrangements and manage travel-related expenses.
- Support the company’s events, meetings, and conferences, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and organizing venues.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
