Nepal Data Manager

The Nepal Data Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all data-related operations for a company or organization in Nepal. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures
• Manage the collection, storage, and analysis of data from various sources
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security
• Identify areas for data quality improvement and implement solutions
• Create data visualizations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate data insights into decision-making processes
• Train and supervise staff on data management best practices and protocols
• Manage relationships with third-party data vendors and contractors
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data management and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, or data management
• 3+ years of experience in data management or related field – Strong knowledge of SQL, database management, and data analysis software
• Experience with data quality control and data visualization tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Nepali business environment and regulations is a plus.

Salary:

The salary range for this position varies depending on experience and qualifications but might average between NPR 50,000 to NPR 100,000 per month.
