Medical Professionals (Staffs Nurse, ANM/CMA, HA, Caregivers)

As a medical professional at Health at Home, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding healthcare services and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will be responsible for a range of clinical and caregiving duties, depending on your specific role. Your primary focus will be on providing expert care and support, maintaining patient comfort, and adhering to the highest medical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions, vital signs, and symptoms.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Provide medical assistance and support to physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Assist in medical procedures, surgeries, and emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health-related matters, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain hygiene standards.
• Monitor and report any changes in patients’ conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust treatment plans.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Assist with patient mobility and daily activities when required.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Staff Nurses: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN license, and clinical experience.
• ANMs/CMAs: Diploma in nursing (ANM)/Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) qualification.
• Health Assistants (HAs): Relevant certification in healthcare or nursing.
• Caregivers: Experience in caregiving and a compassionate attitude.
