Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Build, Deploy, and Maintain Machine Learning Models: Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex healthcare challenges and improve operational efficiency.
2. Design and Implement New Applications: Utilize machine learning and related technologies to create innovative applications and solutions for healthcare process automation.
3. Develop and Improve Machine Learning Infrastructure: Work on enhancing the infrastructure and tools used for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models.
4. Analyze and Automate Existing Processes: Identify opportunities to automate existing healthcare processes using machine learning techniques, leading to more efficient operations.
5. Investigate and Remediate Issues: Address and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation or execution of machine learning processes.

Required Skills:

1. Educational Background: A 4-year degree in computer science or an equivalent degree.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience working with machine learning, NLP (Natural Language Processing), or deep learning concepts.
3. Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in at least one modern high-level language such as Python, Java, C#, C++, etc.
4. Familiarity with Libraries: Knowledge of common machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and data science libraries.
5. Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of relational databases, with experience in MySQL.
6. Operating System Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Unix-like operating systems.
7. Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
8. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
9. Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
10. Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills for process documentation and effective communication with team members.
11. Adherence to Policies: Ability to follow written policies, procedures, and directions.
12. Prompt Communication: Demonstrated responsiveness in communication.
13. Data-Driven Approach: Emphasis on simplicity and actionable data in reporting and communication.
14. Action-Oriented: Consistently completing assigned tasks on time.
