Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for applying machine learning solutions.
  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks, libraries, and tools for specific tasks.
  • Train and fine-tune machine learning models using relevant data sets.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and related fields.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and efficiency of machine learning implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand model performance requirements and make necessary adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning models, algorithms, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools for data preprocessing.
  • Strong understanding of software development and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Published research papers or contributions to open-source projects in machine learning are a plus.
