L&D Associate

As an L&D Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Learning and Development department’s initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members to create, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and printed resources.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
• Participate in the facilitation of training programs, both in-person and virtually.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update training records and databases.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the L&D function through innovative ideas and solutions.
• Handle administrative tasks related to training logistics, such as room bookings and material distribution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Passion for employee development and learning.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
