Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new and existing IT equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems.
System Maintenance, Network Support, Software Installation and Configuration, Remote Support, assisting with network connectivity issues, ensuring IT devices are functioning correctly, and troubleshooting IT problems.
Handling projects, understanding the project, and guiding the technical team for proper installation, setting, and configuration of IT devices.
Identifying customers’ needs, and assisting sales teams to suggest the best solutions for clients.
Configure IT Security such as firewall, network configuration VPN setup, etc.
Providing training and guidance to end-users on IT tools, applications, and best practices to enhance their technical skills.

Job Specification:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in providing technical support or working in an IT-related role is a plus.
Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
Basic knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
