We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the seamless booking and publication of advertisements from customers and agencies. Your keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will ensure accurate recording of advertisement frequency, color preferences, page numbers, and sizes. You will play a vital role in maintaining effective communication between clients and our design team, ensuring timely forwarding of advertisements for creative development.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the booking process for advertisements received from both customers and agencies.
- Accurately record important details such as advertisement frequency, color specifications, page numbers, and sizes.
- Collaborate closely with the design team by promptly forwarding advertisements for creative development.
- Compile comprehensive reports summarizing published advertisements, and submit them to the supervisor for review.
- Prioritize the security and confidentiality of all information and data related to advertisements and clients.
- Respond promptly to information requests from authorized team members, providing necessary details and assistance.
- Carry out additional assigned duties that contribute to the smooth operation of the advertising department.
Job Specification:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in recording and communicating advertisement specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
