We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an INGO Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) to advance our organization’s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and initiate partnerships with INGOs that align with our organizational goals. Cultivate relationships to foster collaboration and mutual support.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for engaging with INGOs, ensuring alignment with our mission and priorities. Identify opportunities for joint initiatives and projects.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partner organizations. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within the INGO community, including executives, program managers, and other relevant personnel.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between our organization and INGO partners. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into our programs and initiatives.
  • Resource Mobilization: Explore and leverage opportunities for resource mobilization through INGO partnerships. Identify funding, expertise, and other resources that can enhance our organizational capacity.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and provide accurate information to INGO partners as needed.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the impact of INGO partnerships. Regularly assess the effectiveness of collaborations and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Networking: Represent our organization in relevant forums, conferences, and events within the international development and humanitarian sectors. Expand the network of potential INGO partners and stay informed about industry trends.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, particularly with international non-governmental organizations.
  • Strong understanding of international development, humanitarian assistance, and global issues.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful partnership development.
  • Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements in the nonprofit sector.
