Basic Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Management (specialization in Human Resources) with a minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience in HR/OD Management, including at least five years in a senior management leadership position.
- Proven expertise in HR planning, designing, recruiting, and implementing progressive HR strategies, systems, procedures, and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation frameworks.
- Strong conflict resolution, coaching, and counseling skills for executive-level management and coworkers.
- Extensive practical experience in safeguarding issues, legal frameworks, incident management, and good practices.
