Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Review and update HR policies in consultation with the management team.
  • Provide counseling on other required policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in recruitment by posting job ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Facilitate the new hires’ joining and exit processes.
  • Handle the Performance Management System and plan for succession.
  • Develop and plan training and development programs for employees as needed.
  • Administer on-the-job training programs and conduct training sessions.
  • Assist in employee evaluation and submit reports on a half-yearly basis after performance reviews.
  • Foster employee alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR department.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR officer role or a similar HR position.
  • Proficiency in HR functions, including pay and benefits administration, recruitment, and training and development.
  • Knowledge and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and engaging presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated motivation and innovation skills.
  • Competency in workforce planning and employment processes.
  • Ability to contribute to HR and knowledge development.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; additional training is a plus.
