We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and functions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around aiding in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help in the onboarding process for new hires by providing necessary information and assisting with orientation programs.
  • Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to organize training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary HR-related information.
  • Aid in performance management processes by supporting appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Help in organizing and managing HR-related events and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and productive work environment by supporting HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR-related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
