As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in the effective management of human resources within the organization. - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and facilitate the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date with changing laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
