Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee onboarding.
  • Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and provide support for conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other employee perks.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to HR and admin activities as required.
  • Manage the employee exit process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth transition procedures.
  • Communicate HR policies, updates, and other relevant information to employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or similar role.
  • Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee relations issues effectively.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail for record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events and employee engagement activities.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
