As the Head of Department (Marketing), you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our existing products. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can effectively manage a diverse team and collaborate with various departments within the company. You will be a key member of the board, contributing to the formulation of marketing policies and driving the organization’s marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including advertising and public relations, to increase brand visibility and drive sales for existing products.
- Sales and Customer Development: Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and foster customer retention and development to ensure long-term customer relationships.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the marketing department and provide staff with relevant training opportunities, adhering to company procedures, policies, and employment laws.
- Reporting and Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of relevant management and financial reports for the sales and marketing department, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- External Relations: Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies and other relevant departments to maximize marketing effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise and participate in meetings with other company functions, fostering collaboration and facilitating business and organizational development.
