- Craft visually appealing graphics, layouts, and images for digital and print materials, such as websites, social media, advertisements, and more.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to grasp design requirements and align them with strategic objectives.
- Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit images, illustrations, and graphics that align with branding guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in design and branding across various platforms and materials.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and techniques within the industry.
- Prepare finalized designs for both digital and print publication, ensuring they meet necessary specifications.
- Plan and execute diverse digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts are in line with overall business goals.
- Remain current with industry trends and new digital marketing technologies.
- Contribute insights to enhance marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range challenges that require attention.
- Measure, analyze, and prepare reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating against ROI and KPI goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
