Functional Business Analyst

• Responsible for transferring the banking business knowledge.
• Responsible for knowledge transfer of NFRS/ IFRS and other accounting standards as required.
• Must be able to prepare the knowledge documentation as required
• Must be able to analyze and identify the business process
• Work closely with the team of developers and Business Analyst.
• Discuss/Debate on issues, which are not in line with the bank’s strategy/vision by being open & fair and escalate, if necessary.
• Understanding and Research of different systems for various banking products in the domain.
• Assist on the development of financial software.
• Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business.
• Contribute to business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs, while continuously exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients

Required Knowledge skills

• Knowledge of Banking Domain
• Knowledge of NFRS/ IFRS
• Knowledge of software development process would be an advantage.
