Construction Finishing Supervisor is responsible in overseeing the final stages of constructionprojects, ensuring that the finishing work is executed with precision, quality, and adherence tosafety regulations. Their responsibilities involve coordination, supervision, quality control,problem-solving, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure thesmooth execution of finishing activities within the given timelines and budget.
Inspect the work carried out by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with constructiondrawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify and rectify any deficiencies ordeviations from the plans.

Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Architecture,
or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience along with ability to think strategically
and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
