Responsibilities:

  • Gather, collect, and compile data in alignment with event requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recorded data.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies within information and gather supplemental data for incomplete records.
  • Verify the input of data into computer databases and/or spreadsheet applications, preparing it for subsequent analysis.
  • Thoroughly review data to identify deficiencies or errors, rectify any inconsistencies, and verify the final output.
  • Effectively sort, screen, and filter data to extract pertinent details.
  • Coordinate both internal and external meetings, including engagement with Jury members and other stakeholders. Clarify event details and finalize agendas to be implemented.
  • Provide timely responses to information requests from authorized personnel.
  • Review and meticulously edit data to guarantee comprehensive and accurate information. Initiate follow-ups with involved parties to address issues or clarify collected data.
  • Identify potential lucrative events and craft corresponding proposals.
  • If necessary, undertake travel to field sites for the purpose of data collection.
  • Undertake leadership of assigned projects and oversee the execution of special events.

 Specification:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in management.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in a comparable role.
  • Exhibit proficiency in computer skills, including mastery of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Display keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
  • Showcase a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
  • Show familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
  • Demonstrate adept communication skills encompassing verbal discourse, email correspondence, and formal letter composition.
  • Display proficiency in interviewing and skills for data/information collection.
  • Display adeptness in computer data entry.
  • Exhibit the capacity to evaluate, validate, and edit data meticulously.
  • Function as an active team player, contributing collaboratively.
  • Possess robust analytical skills, enabling deduction of requisite information through logical analysis of presented data.
