Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all the system runs smoothly (99.9% uptime) with all the certifications/compliances (ISO- 27001:2013 and PCI- DSS) required by the organization.
Team up with the developer and other stakeholders by Continuous monitoring of dev/staging/UAT/production server environments to maintain a high availability and determine failures.
Produce root cause analysis and maintain proper documentation in case of failure to avoid such issues in the future.
Adapting new technologies in IT Department Automating tedious manual tasks and reducing human resource costs.
Testing and implementing new tools for the delivery of applications securely.
Designing and implementing a system that can support a large number of traffic and transaction.
Design and implement highly resistant and fault-tolerant systems.
Create a process of monitoring the services and alerting the stakeholders with the proper notification system.
Determine what needs to be monitored and who needs to be notified when certain issues arise.Required Education and Knowledge:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in a related field
