The Data Analytics Manager supports the Account team in providing analytical insights to clients. This role demands an extensive grasp of US Healthcare data, including technical proficiency in relevant EDI formats and subject matter expertise in codes. Effectively conveying intricate technical matters to non-technical account team members and client counterparts is a pivotal facet of this position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams in the organization to ensure accurate client implementation.
- Assess information collected from multiple sources and elevate it from low-level details to a standardized format.
- Communicate Business Use Cases to all team members.
- Manage the communication and resolution of clients’ technical issues.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation for a seamless handoff to maintenance clients.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
- Monitor resource utilization.
- Oversee resource performance.
- Enforce adherence to organizational policies and procedures within the team.
- Perform any additional related duties as necessary.
Other Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Over 5 years of experience in data, including roles related to EDI or subject matter expertise.
- Experience with US Healthcare Data is advantageous.
- Initiative in initiating work processes and dedicated efforts to meet client expectations.
- Proficiency in SQL is a fundamental requirement.
- Familiarity with cloud-based processing is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Postgres/Redshift is advantageous, as well as expertise in parsing tools.
- Scripting in Python is a valuable asset.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
