Collaborate closely with other teams, such as technical support, sales, and product development, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest product, service, or process improvements
Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation, including FAQs
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in computer systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing customer needs
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
