Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with other teams, such as technical support, sales, and product development, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest product, service, or process improvements
  • Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation, including FAQs
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in computer systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

 Note;

  • Working hours: 9 hours (7:45 PM to 4:45 AM- night shift)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
